Upcoming Event:

Paid Family and Medical Leave Laws Panel Discussion

April 6, 2023

Registration
The ISCEBS – Greater Philadelphia Chapter is excited to announce our upcoming educational session which will be a Panel discussion with industry leaders regarding Paid Family and Medical Leave Laws.

Panel Description:
As States continue to add paid family and medical leave laws, the complexity for employers on managing these types of leaves in concert with their current disability benefits is expanding.  We will explore:
  • The Paid Leave Landscape
  • Mandatory State Programs vs. Voluntary Programs
  • Private Plan vs. Public Plan
  • Examples, Employer Requirements and Employer Considerations

We will also explore the importance of aligning disability and leave policies and benefits along with state paid leave programs to ensure they comply with requirements and company goals.  There will be an added focus on the surrounding states NJ, MD and DE for those employers who are more local in scope.

We hope you will join us for this exciting educational opportunity!
