Kristi brings over 20 years of Disability and Leave of Absence experience within both the carrier and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) arena. In her current role, Kristi partners with our consultants and large employers to implement and provide solutions to help employers manage their specific Absence Management needs. She partners with the Broadspire team to deliver superior customer service with innovative and flexible solutions that are valued by our client’s and their employees. Kristi joined Broadspire in 2020 and has extensive experience working with national employers. She began her career in an Account Management role which lends to a high level of detail when working with prospective and existing clients. Kristi has obtained several industry designations including the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations.
